Complete Ice Arena Services is a full service ice resurfacer repair company, Southwest U.S. Olympia distributor, and supplier of information, products and services for all skating facilities. Established in 2013 by Brandon Klement and his spouse Sarah Dahl-Klement, Complete Ice Arena Services is operated out of Dallas Texas and is a name you can trust, because of our industry experience.
Ice has been a passion of Brandon’s since his teenage years working at the local rink. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire in Exercise Management, Brandon was able to turn his passion into a rewarding career.
Over the past twelve years, Brandon has operated three city-owned ice arenas. Two of these had him involved from the design stages through construction and one received major upgrades to improve efficiency. With these experiences, he has built up extensive expertise in facility design, development, operation, maintenance, sustainability, and staff training for startup and existing facilities.
Brandon also understands how to take partners within broader city administrations as well as city councils to gain buy-in and support for ice arena matters including programming implementations and changes; funding for maintenance, upgrades, or new construction; and even just simple, proactive updates to keep the value that local ice arenas bring to the community front of mind for the administration and council. It is this understanding that drives him to work together with All Star Arenas on industry projects other than Ice Resurfacer sales and service.
Sharing his knowledge with others also is a passion. Brandon has been teaching courses for STAR since 2004 including Ice Maintenance and Equipment Operation, Operations and Risk Management, and Safe Ice Resurfacer Operation.
